Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our laundry pickup and delivery service on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8:00 am - 12pm.
It's easy! Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
Our standard service returns your laundry within 24 hours.
No! Most of our Houston customers prefer a contactless experience. Simply leave your laundry in a secure spot (like a porch or with a building manager) and let us know the location in your order notes. We’ll text you when we’ve picked it up and again when it’s back at your door.
Never. At FreshHTX, we maintain a strict "one customer, one machine" policy. Your clothes are kept together and never mixed with anyone else’s laundry during the washing, drying, or folding process.
For your first pickup, you can put your clothes in any disposable bag or laundry bag. We’ll return your clean clothes in a plastic bag to keep the freshness in.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
Absolutely. We offer a premium detergent as well as a hypoallergenic/scent-free options for sensitive skin. You can customize your water temperature and drying preferences right in your profile.
We treat your "fancy" items with care. And we have industrial-sized machines specifically designed to handle bulky items like king-sized comforters and heavy rugs that don't fit in standard home washers.
Yes! We partner with local gyms, spas, medical offices, and Airbnbs across the Houston metro area. We offer flexible scheduling and volume-based pricing for towels, linens, and uniforms.
We charge by the pound for standard wash and fold, so you only pay for what you actually send. Specialty items like comforters are charged by the piece. Your card is billed automatically once the order is weighed and processed.
We’re on it! Just place any heavily stained items in a separate small bag within your main laundry bag and leave a note. We’ll do our best to pre-treat and lift the stain before the wash.
